Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 2024

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationships between DeckSmith, a PrintWonders service, and any customer placing an order on our site. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 - Products

DeckSmith offers custom deckboxes manufactured by 3D printing and hand-painted. Each product is unique and made to order according to the specifications chosen by the customer. The photos presented on the site are non-contractual and may slightly differ from the final product due to the artisanal process.

Article 3 - Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. Payment is made at the time of order via the secure payment methods offered on our Etsy platform. The order is confirmed after receipt of full payment.

Article 4 - Manufacturing and Delivery Times

Manufacturing times are 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is done from France with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination: 2-5 days for metropolitan France, 5-10 days for Europe, 10-20 days for the rest of the world. These times are indicative and may vary depending on the period.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made according to customer specifications. As each deckbox is custom-made, orders are final and binding.

Article 6 - Warranties

Our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of manufacturing defect noted upon receipt, we will replace or refund the product. Any defect must be reported within 14 days of receipt with supporting photos.

Article 7 - Liability

DeckSmith cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product. Deckboxes are designed for storing playing cards and should not be exposed to extreme conditions (heat, excessive humidity, impacts).

Article 8 - Disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
