It’s simple and intuitive! A DeckSmith kiosk is installed in your store, allowing customers to design their deckbox directly on the spot. Thanks to an interactive interface, they can personalize each element: choose colors, patterns and even add a unique medallion. Once the customization is complete, the order is validated and shipped directly to their home. You don’t have to manage a thing: production, shipping, tracking and any after-sales service are all taken care of by DeckSmith, offering your customers a seamless, modern experience.
